Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon 1\'hich such approval was grantecl~ unless
an extension for such approval is obt2inéd by makin~~ written élPplic!tion
for same to the Planning Commission ::t least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approvéd.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter. '

Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in "red" on plans.
2 .
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for 'approval of the Planning Director at time of applicat ion
for building permit.
3.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $5,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three ~3) months of completion of construction, or appli-
cant may file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing
and striping of parking area prior to final building department
clearance.
4.
Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
5.
An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a
six-foot high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to house
trash container in an area approved by the Planning Director
and F ire Department. Said enclosure to be 8 I X 12 I minimum \01 i th
six-foot self-closing gates.
6.
Parking for restaurant to be limited to restaurant site as
defined on the plot plan.

is required to meet the following conditions in accordance

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

Plans submitted to the building departlnent for plan check
shaLl. indicate clearly the location of all èonnections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone
and television cables, etc.
D.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit issued by the
building department.

Process and file parcel map for minor subdivision.
Dedicate to 60 foot right-of-way on Almarida Drive frontage
and to the 120 foot plan line right-of-way on Hamilton
Avenue frontage.
G.
Construct one-half street improvements on total frontage
of development.
H.
Pay storm drainage fee in the amount of $1,155.00.

All fire extinguishers shall be installed in fire extinguisher
cabinets.
J.
Building plans shaJ.l show type and arrangements of fire
prot~~tion systems for kitchen hoods and ducts.
This building shall meet the requirements of the California
Administration Code Title 19, and it is highly recommended that
the building be provided with an automatic sprinkler system.
K.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the dty of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
