We will gladly provide all necessary engineering within our capacity, however, we should not be expected to participate in this project financially. All planter areas to be enclosed within 4" to 6" raised concrete curbs. 2. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan. 3. Faithful performance bond in the amou~t of $1,000 to be post~d to insure landscaping, fencing md striping of p~rking area within three (3) months of completion of construction, or applicant may file written agrement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building department clearance.
