The City Counci 1 of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning ~1ap of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and 3m~ndcd by adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled
IIPlan:, and Elevations", "Exhibit 811 entit1ed "Dev(;lopment Scheòuicll,
and "Exhibit e" entitled 11~1ap of said Property'l, as per application of
Jack Bloodworth, on behalf of Fotomat Corpor<Jtion for approval of plans,
elevations and development schedule for a photo sales kiosk on property
located at 851 East Hamilton Avenue.
Said approval granted subject to the following conditions:
A. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in II re dll on p 1 a ns .
B. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance "Jith the approved
landscape plan.
C. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compli~nce with
Sèction 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spÐces to be
provided ",ith appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
D. Underground uti lities to be provided as required by Sectio~ 20.16.070
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
E. Plans submitted to the Building Departmznt for plan check shall
indicate clearly thc location of all connections for underground uti 1 ¡ties
including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, ctc.
F. Sign application to be submitted in accordance v:ith provisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application
is approved and permit issued by the Bui lding Dcpartnent..
G. Trash containcr(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve [he
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department.
Unless othen,¡isc noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor
surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors specified
by the Fi rc Depé'rtment.. All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
