CC Ordinance 2049 ORDINANCE NO. 2049 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A PRE-ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGE (PLN2004-69) FROM R-1-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) FOR UNINCORPORATED PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 16201 & 16239 E. MOZART AVENUE IN AN R-1-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. CITY INITIATED APPLICATION. FILE NO.: PLN2004-69. The City Council ofthe City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Scott Ward for approval of a Pre-Zoning Classification Change for properties located at 16201 & 16239 E. Mozart Avenue (APNs: 424-06-076, 106 and 108), from R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) to P-D (Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
