CC Resolution 10396 RESOLUTION NO. 10396 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR UNDERGROUND FUEL TANK MODIFICATIONS WHEREAS, The Bay Area Air Quality Management District recently sent out a bulletin that informed operators of underground gasoline tanks that all Phase I vapor recovery tanks must be replaced with Phase I systems certified for Enhanced Vapor Recovery by April!, 2005; and WHEREAS, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District inspected the underground fuel tanks at the Service Center and Police Department and found that they require the Enhanced Vapor Recovery modifications; and WHEREAS, staff has prepared the attached Budget Adjustment in the amount of $13,050 for modifying the fuel tanks at the Service Center and Police Department; and WHEREAS, notice was given to staff for these upgrades after the preparation for this year's fiscal budget; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby approves a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $13,050 to fund said project.
