CC Ordinance 2048 ORDINANCE NO. 2048 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE (PLN2004-53) FROM C-PD (CONDOMINIUM/PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) TO R-I-6 (SINGLE F AMIL Y RESIDENTIAL, 6,000 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY OWNED BY DOUGLAS AND GINA SCHEIDT LOCATED AT 236 N. CENTRAL AVENUE IN A C-PD (CONDOMINIUM/PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MS MEREDITH LINDEM, ON BEHALF OF DOUGLAS AND GINA SCHEIDT. FILE NO.: PLN2004-53. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Ms. Meredith Lindem, on behalf of Douglas and Gina Scheidt, for approval of a Zone Change for property located at 236 N. Central Avenue, from C-PD (Condominium/Planned Development) to R-I-6 (Single Family Residential). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
