RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
BOB MURRAY AND ASSOCIATES FOR RECRUITMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell intends to conduct a recruitment for the positions of City
Manager and Finance Director; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Bob Murray and Associates has submitted a proposal for executive
recruitment services; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the proposal, the City Council would like to enter into an
agreement with Bob Murray and Associates at a cost range of$38,500 to $42,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
authorizes the execution of an Agreement with Bob Murray and Associates for recruitment
services for the positions of City Manager and Finance Director.
