A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MA VOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER
AND THE HERITAGE THEATRE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated sufficient funds in Fiscal Year
2004/2005 budget for the provision of janitorial services at the Campbell
Community Center and the heritage Theatre; and
WHEREAS, a Call for Bids has been issued, and bids have been
received; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid for the specified services was
received from Significant Cleaning Services; and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are budgeted and are available in accounts
numbered 101.529.7432 and 101.530.7432 of the Fiscal Year 2004/2005
operating budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize an agreement with Significant Cleaning Services for the provision of
janitorial services at the Campbell Community Center and the heritage Theatre
per the terms of the agreement and specifications.
