RESOLUTION NO.

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE
COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation of the
City Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation was last amended on November
4, 2003 by Resolution Number 10256;
WHEREAS, the City Council also finds that an increase in the City Attorney's
monthly retainer is warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of City
Attorney, that the City Attorney's monthly retainer shall be $10,500 for services
invoiced on or after November 1, 2004.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2004, by the following
vote:
AYES: Council members: Furtado, Watson, Dean, Kennedy, Burr
