A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
MCGUIRE AND HESTER, INC., FOR PROJECT 98-02 PHASE IIIB -
MIDW A Y STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND THE RECORDING OF
THE NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT OBLIGATION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 10195 on June 17,2003, awarding a
contract to McGuire and Hester for construction of the improvements known as Project 98-02
Phase IIIB, Midway Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, McGuire and Hester has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer requests that Notices of Improvement Obligation be filed
for all of the properties where new improvements were installed on this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 98-02 Phase IIIB - Midway Street
Reconstruction Project; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the recordation of the Notices of Improvement Obligation on properties within the
project area.
