A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ZOLMAN
CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, INc. FOR
PROJECT 00-13 JOHN D. MORGAN PARK PHASE II AND DIRECTING THE
FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 17, 2002, authorized the Public Works
Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements known as Project 00-13 John D.
Morgan Park - Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Zolman
Construction & Development, Inc. on October 10, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Zolman Construction & Development, Inc. has completed the
aforementioned contract in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 00-13 John D. Morgan Park - Phase II
and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
