BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF THE CITY'S NAME AS A SUPPORTER OF THE AMICUS
BRIEF BEING PREPARED IN SUPPORT OF THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE
AUTHORITY'S POSITION IN THE CASE OF TAXPAYER'S ASSOCIATION VERSUS
SANTA CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE AUTHORITY
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the City of Campbell
may be added as an amicus party to the brief being prepared in support of the position of the
Santa Clara County Open Space Authority in the case of Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association
and the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association v. Santa Clara County Open Space Authority.
