RESOLUTION NO. 10299
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION
OF BIDS FOR PROJECT 04-72: SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROJECT AND
PROJECT 02-02: ACCESSIBILITY RAMPS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the adopted 2003-2004 operating budget includes funds for sidewalk
maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the adopted 2003-2004 Capital Improvement Program includes funds
carried over from Fiscal Year 01/02 for Project 02-02: Accessibility Ramps;
WHEREAS, staff has identified locations to be included in this year's sidewalk
maintenance project through service requests and visual observations in the vicinity of service
requests; and
WHEREAS, staff has also identified intersections in need of accessibility ramps;
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvements listed above have been
prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the plans and specifications for the construction of Project 04-72: Sidewalk Maintenance
Project and Project 02-02: Accessibility Ramps Project are hereby approved and the Public
Works Director is authorized to solicit bids for the construction of the project improvements.
