RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACKNOWLEDING RECEIPT OF
A DONATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF A RADAR SPEED DISPLAY TRAILER
AND AUTHORIZATION OF RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, technological advances have produced Radar Speed Display Boards and
Trailers to be used in the community as traffic safety devices, and
WHEREAS, a member of the Campbell Community has donated $11,582.75 to the City of
Campbell for the purchase of a Radar Speed Display Trailer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby acknowledge receipt of a donation of $11 ,582.75 ITom a member of the community, and
approves a budget adjustment to increase the 604.7884 line item to enable the purchase of the
Radar Speed Display Trailer.
