A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ROBERT A. BOTHMAN,
INc. AND PRO MEDIA FOR PROJECT 00-02 HERITAGE THEATRE RENOVATION
PROJECT 00-02 AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICES OF
COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 10001 on April 16, 2002, authorizing
the Public Works Director to execute contracts for construction of improvements known as
Project 00-02 Heritage Theatre Renovation Project; and
WHEREAS, a contract for the construction of the Heritage Theatre Renovation Project
was executed by the Public Works Director and Robert A. Bothman, Inc., on May 10,2002, and
WHEREAS, Robert A. Bothman, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, a contract was executed for the design and installation of the Heritage
Theatre Sound System by the Public Works Director and Pro Media on December 6,2002, and
WHEREAS, Pro Media has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance with
the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Robert A. Bothman, Inc. and Pro Media on
Project 00-02 Heritage Theatre Renovation Project and directs staff to file the Notices of
Completion.
