CC Resolution 10323 RESOLUTION NO. 10323 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR SC 04-01, ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on March 2, 2004, approved specifications and called for bids for SC 04-01, Annual Street Sweeping; and WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for SC 04-01, Annual Street Sweeping; and WHEREAS, Don & Mike's Sweeping has been found to be the lowest responsible bidder for the total annual bid of $68,217.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby awards the Annual Street Sweeping Contract SC 04-01 to Don & Mike's Sweeping for the term beginning July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005, and authorizes the Public Works Director to execute the contract. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes the option of extending the contract for three additional one year options upon mutual agreement between the Public Works Director and Don and Mike's Sweeping.
