consistency with the Sign Ordinance and the other businesses fronting Hamilton Avenue.

Sign Ordinance and eliminate redundant signage.
6. The applicant has demonstrated that the signage is similar to other similarly situated
businesses in the area.
7. The signage program will be of a consistent design throughout the project site and will help
the public identify businesses on the site.
8. None of the proposed signs have flashing, moving or rotating parts or lights.
