A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MCGLINCY/CRISTICH
STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (00-11) AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO ADVERTISE AND SOLICIT BIDS
WHEREAS, the adopted 99-00 Capital Improvement Program included funds for the
McGlincy/Cristich Storm Drain Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, final plans and specifications have been prepared for the McGlincy/Cristich
Storm Drain Improvements Project (00-11); and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is now ready to advertise and solicit bids for
this Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the final plans and specifications for the McGlincy/Cristich Storm Drain
Improvements Project (00-11) and authorizes the Public Works Department to advertise and
solicit bids for this project.
