RESOLUTION NO. 10338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR VENDING SERVICES
AT VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES TO
CUSTOM VENDING SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, proposals were received for providing vending services at a variety
of locations on City property in the City of Campbell by the Recreation & Community
Services Director on April 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Custom Vending Systems has been found to be the most responsive
proposer to the Request for Proposals (RFP) with a Guaranteed Annual Minimum
Commission of $7,500 and a Commission Percentage of 21 %;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby awards the contract for vending services at various City facilities to
Custom Vending Systems and authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract with Custom
Vending Systems for the provision of these services.
