RESOLUTION NO. 10347
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT
WITH PROJECT SENTINEL TO PROVIDE
TENANT/LANDLORD COUNSELING AND MEDIATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue specialized services for resolving tenant/landlord
disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City finds Project Sentinel to be a very satisfactory agency to provide services in
meeting the city's tenant/landlord needs; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to continue the services of a tenant/landlord provider due to a
continuing high volume of calls, office visits, and number of conciliations and mediations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby authorize a $47,250 contract for Fiscal Year 2004-05 and $49,475 for Fiscal Year 2005-06 with
Project Sentinel.
