RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF
FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, there is a need for the establishment of new fees and charges
for the use of and service to equipment that was recently donated to the Heritage
Theatre; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell's Financial Policies require that fees and
charges be set to ensure that recovery of the cost of providing services is recovered
where appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the recommended fees for the use of the grand piano have
been set to cover all staff preparation and moving costs, and costs of tuning services
are set at a rate that will cover the fees charged by a professional piano tuner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby adopts the
attached amendments to the Schedule of Fees and Charges to be paid to the City of
Campbell by all persons desiring to use the grand piano at the Heritage Theatre
effective July 1, 2004;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be made an addendum to
the City Council Policy Manual.
