A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF
A TEMPORARY BillLDING FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved $1,000,000 in the Capital
Improvement Project operating budget for the Police Department remodel project (CIP#98-
08); and
WHEREAS, a Call for Bids has been issued, and bids have been received; and
WHEREAS, the low bid for the specified services was $92,088.27 and
WHEREAS, adequate funds were budgeted and are available in account number
435.9808 of the approved budget for Capital Projects;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize
an agreement with GE. Modular for the provision and installation of a temporary building for
the Police Department at City Hall in the amount of $92,088.27 per the terms of the agreement
and specifications.
