A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE CRISTICHlMcGLINCY LANE STORM
DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (00-11) AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO RE-ADVERTISE AND
RE-SOLICIT BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on May 18, 2002, the City Council approved the plans and
specifications for Project 00-II-Cristich/McGlincy Lane Storm Drain Improvements; and
WHEREAS, bids were received for this project on June 18,2004; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to reject all bids and authorize a
re-bid of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby rejects all bids for the Cristich/McGlincy Lane Storm Drain
Improvements Project (00-11) and authorizes the Public Works Director, or his designee,
to re-advertise and re-solict bids for the Cristich/McGlincy Lane Storm Drain
Improvements Project (00-11).
