A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY RESTROOM FACILITIES,
LTD. FOR THE JOHN D. MORGAN PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT PROJECT
(00-13) AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on January 6,2004, the City Council awarded a contract for the procurement
and installation of a restroom facility for the John D. Morgan Park Restroom Replacement
Project 00-13 to Restroom Facilities, Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, Restroom Facilities, Ltd., has constructed, transported, and installed the
required restroom facility at John D. Morgan Park per the contract specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Restroom Facilities, Ltd., for the John D.
Morgan Park Restroom Replacement Project 00-13 and directs the filing of the Notice of
Completion for the project.
