RESOLUTION

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS FOR ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with
specifications for the furnishing and delivery of unleaded fuel for City vehicles,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the specifications for the annual fuel contract be, and they are hereby,
adopted and approved, and that the Acting Public Works Director is authorized and
directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for said annual fuel contract in the
manner and for the time prescribed by law, and present the bids to the City Council for
their consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2004, by the following roll call
vote:
