RESOLUTION NO. 10363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF SARATOGA FOR PURCHASE OF
MOBILE SKATE PARK EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga has made a proposal to sell its Mobile Skate
Park Equipment for a sum of $500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the purchase
of Mobile Skate Park equipment from the City of Saratoga.
