RESOLUTION NO. 10382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND PUBLIC SIDEWALK
EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION ON A PARCEL MAP FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 636 WEST SUNNYOAKS AVENUE
WHEREAS, a public service easement and public sidewalk easement has been offered for
dedication on a parcel map for property located at 636 West Sunnyoaks Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the public service easement and public sidewalk easement are needed for
street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the public service easement and public sidewalk easement dedications as shown on the said
map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2004 by the following roll call
