10385
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY LUCAS CONCRETE FOR
PROJECT 04-72 ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROJECT
AND PROJECT 02-02 A CCESSIBIL TY RAMPS PROJECT
AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10321 on May 4, 2004,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 04-72 Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project and Project 02-02 Accessibility
Ramps Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Lucas
Concrete on May 11,2004, and
WHEREAS, Lucas Concrete has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 04-72 Annual Sidewalk Maintenance
Project and Project 02-02 Accessibility Ramps Project and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
