10387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 9299 AND
ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
122 SHELLEY A VENUE
WHEREAS, on August 5, 2003, the City Council of the City of Campbell adopted
Resolution No. 10277 approving a Tentative Map for property located at 122 Shelley A venue;
and,
WHEREAS, public right-of-way and a public service easement has been offered for
dedication; and
WHEREAS, public right-of-way and the public service easement are needed for street
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the public right-of-way and public service easement dedications as shown on the said map
are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2004 by the following roll call
