CC Resolution 10387 RESOLUTION NO. 10387 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 9299 AND ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 122 SHELLEY A VENUE WHEREAS, on August 5, 2003, the City Council of the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 10277 approving a Tentative Map for property located at 122 Shelley A venue; and, WHEREAS, public right-of-way and a public service easement has been offered for dedication; and WHEREAS, public right-of-way and the public service easement are needed for street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the public right-of-way and public service easement dedications as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
