CC Ordinance 2056 ORDINANCE NO. 2056 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGE (PLN2004-172) FROM R-M (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY OWNED BY MR. BEN SCHULMAN LOCATED AT 620 W. HACIENDA AVENUE IN AN R-M (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MR. RICHARD HARO, ON BEHALF OF MR. BEN SCHULMAN. FILE NO.: PLN2004-172. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Richard Haro, on behalf of Mr. Ben Schulman, for approval of a Zoning Classification Change (PLN2004-172) for property located at 620 W. Hacienda Avenue from R-M (Multiple Family Residential) to P-D (Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
