A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE CITY OF CAMPBELL REDEVLOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003/04
WHEREAS, The City of Campbell Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") must prepare a report
to its legislative body pursuant to Section 33080.1 of the Health and Safety Code which includes a fiscal
statement of the previous year's achievements, housing activities and an independent financial audit; and
WHEREAS, this Annual Report including the Housing Production Report must be sent to the
State Controller's office as well; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Housing Set-Aside Fund required by Section 33334.2
of the Health and Safety Code, has incurred planning and administrative expenses in Fiscal Year 2002/03
and 2003/04; and
WHEREAS, the administrative expenses incurred by the Housing Set-Aside Fund were
proportional and necessary for the development, preservation and improvement of affordable housing
pursuant to Section 33334.3(d) of the Health and Safety Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Campbell City Council hereby
accepts the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2003/04.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Campbell City Council finds that pursuant to
Section 3333.3(d) of the Health and Safety Code that the administrative expenses incurred in Fiscal Years
2002/03 and 2003/04 by the Housing Set-Aside Fund were necessary and proportional for the
development, preservation and improvement of affordable housing.
