A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
FOR PROJECT 05-05, CAMPBELL COMMUNITY
CENTER PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, On June 1, 2004 the City Council approved the Fiscal Year 04/05
Operating/Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Campbell Community Center Pre-School Playground Project 05-
05 was funded for $40,000; and
WEREAS, the CUITent project estimate, based on bids received, is $47,500; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the attached Budget Adjustment in the amount of
$7,500 for additional walkway and increased costs for playground equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $7,500 to fund said
project.
