A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY SANCO PIPELINES, INC.,
FOR PROJECT OO-ll-CRISTICHlMcGLINCY LANE STORM
DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF
THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10378 on August 3, 2004,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 00-11: Cristich/McGlincy Lane Storm Drain Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Sanco
Pipelines, Inc. on August 5, 2004, and
WHEREAS, Sanco Pipelines, Inc., has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 00-11: Cristich/McGlincy Lane Storm
Drain Improvements and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
