RESOLUTION NO. _10459
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF
BIDS FOR PROJECT 05-72: SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND
ACCESSIBILITY RAMPS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the adopted 2004-2005 operating budget includes funds for sidewalk
maintenance and accessibility ramp installations; and
WHEREAS, staff has identified locations to be included in this year's sidewalk maintenance
and accessibility ramps project through service requests and visual observations in the vicinity of
service requests; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvements listed above have been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the construction of Project 05-72: Sidewalk
Maintenance and Accessibility Ramps Project and the Acting Public Works Director is authorized to
solicit bids for the construction of the project improvements.
