RESOLUTION NO. 10468
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY MCGUIRE AND HESTER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROJECT 03-04 - WESTMONT A VENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, DIRECT THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, DIRECT THE FILING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT
OBLIGA TION, AND DIRECT ISSUANCE OF DEFERRED STREET
IMPROVEMENT NOTICE LETTERS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10320 awarding a contract to
McGuire and Hester Construction Company, for Project 03-04 - Westmont Avenue Street
Improvements on May 4, 2004; and
WHEREAS, McGuire and Hester Construction Company has completed the
aforementioned contract in accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer requests the Notices of Improvement Obligation be filed
for all of the properties where new improvements were installed on this project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer requests that Deferred Street Improvement Notice letters
be issued for all of the properties where new improvements were installed on this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by McGuire and Hester Construction Company for
Project 03-04 - Westmont Avenue Street Improvements; directs the filing of the Notice of
Completion; directs the filing of the Notices of Improvement Obligation; and directs the issuance
of DefelTed Street Improvement Agreement Notice letters.
