RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF A DONATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF A LASER SPEED
AND MEASUREMENT TOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, technological advances have produced rugged handheld laser speed and
measurement devices, and
WHEREAS, a member of the Campbell Community has donated $4,007.00 to the City of
Campbell for the purchase of a Laser Speed and Measurement Tool;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby acknowledges receipt of a $4007.00 donation from a member of the community and approves a
budget adjustment to increase the 604-4817 donations revenue account, and 604-7427 line item
account to enable the purchase of a Laser Speed and Measurement Tool.
