RESOLUTION NO. 10485
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT
RPERESENTATIVES FOR THE 2005 MEETING AND CONFERRING SESSIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell undertakes the meeting and conferring process
with its employee organizations as provided by the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, meeting and conferring is expected to commence in April 2005, to
reach agreement on Memorandums of Understanding for the period commencing July
2005; and
WHEREAS, the Interim City Manager has recommend a management negotiation
team to represent the City Council in such meeting and conferring sessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell designates the following as members of the Management Negotiating Team:
Jill Lopez, Human Resources Manager (Chairperson)
AI Bito, Administrative Analyst II
Russ Patterson, Police Captain
David Dehaan, Police Captain
Anne Bybee, City Clerk
John Iaquinto, Public Works Superintendent
