A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL A WARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2005-06 STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on March 21, 2005, approved
specifications and called for bids for SC 05-074, Annual Street Sweeping; and
WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for SC 05-074, Annual Street
Sweeping; and
WHEREAS, Don & Mike's Sweeping, has been found to be the lowest responsible bidder
for the total annual bid of $69,848.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby awards the Annual Street Sweeping Contract SC 05-074 to Don & Mike's Sweeping for the
term beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, and authorizes the Acting Public Works
Director to execute the contract
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the option of extending the contract for three additional years upon mutual agreement
between the Public Works Director and Don and Mike's Sweeping.
