A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING
SOLICIT A TION OF BIDS AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT -
LOS GA TOS CREEK COUNTY PARK DOG PARK PROJECT 04-02
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Agreement with the County of Santa Clara to
build a dog park in the Los Gatos Creek County Park; and
WHEREAS, final plans and specifications for the Dog Park have been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has approved the final plans and specifications for
the Dog Park; and
WHEREAS, a budget adjustment has been prepared to reflect additional outside sources
of project revenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Los Gatos Creek County Park Dog Park,
Project 04-02 and authorizes the Acting Public Works Director to issue such plans and
specifications for public bid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the
attached budget adjustment reflecting various donations to the project in the amount of $77,236
is hereby approved.
