A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR THE
AINSLEY PARK ENHANCEMENT PROJECT (02-04)
WHEREAS, the Transportation Livable Communities Grant has been awarded to
the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the adopted Capital Improvement Program includes funds for Project
02-04 Ainsley Park Enhancements; and
WHEREAS, final plans, specifications and engineer's estimate for the
improvements have been completed; and
WHEREAS, construction of this project has been established to mInImIZe
construction impacts to the neighboring businesses during City festival events;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for Project 02-04 Ainsley Park
Enhancements and authorizes the Acting Public Works Director to solicit bids for the
construction of the project improvements.
