RESOLUTION NO.1 0505
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
COMMENDING INTERIM CITY MANAGER ROBERT KASS
WHEREAS, Robert Kass was appointed in December 2004 to serve as Interim City
Manager while an executive search was conducted for a permanent City Manager; and
WHEREAS, Robert Kass is a competent administrator who provided outstanding
executive support to the City Council during the interim period; and
WHEREAS, Robert Kass performed his duties as Interim City Manager with a high
degree of professionalism and integrity; and
WHEREAS, Robert Kass provided leadership and strong fiscal and analytical skills to
the City Council and staff throughout the development of the fiscal year 2005/06
operating budget which was a challenging process due to State impacts and a soft
economy; and
WHEREAS, Robert Kass provided support and advice to both the City Council and staff
and represented the City of Campbell at meetings and consultations with other cities
and levels of government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby expresses its appreciation to and commends Robert Kass for his outstanding
service as Interim City Manager.
