BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BILLIARD PARLOR PERMIT AND A SEMI-ARCADE PERMIT TO
ALLOW LATE NIGHT ACTIVITIES AT 2097 S. BASCOM A VENUE.
APPLICATION OF MR. JULIAN ZARAGOZA, ON BEHALF OF CHAMPION POOL
& GAMES.
After notification and public hearing and presentation by the Police Department, after due
consideration of all the evidence presented the City Council did find as follows:
1. The billiard/arcade establishment will keep the current configuration of 16 pool
tables and 9 arcade games.
2. The billiard/arcade establishment's hours of operation shall be from 12:00 p.m. to
2:00 a.m. daily
3. The billiard/arcade establishment with a beer/wine license will sell beer and wine
until I! :00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until! :30 a.m. Friday and
Saturday.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves a
billiard/arcade permit to allow late night activities for the property located at 2097 South
Bascom Avenue, application of Julian Zaragoza and on behalf of Champion Pool &
Games.
