RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ONE WORK PLACE FOR
MODULAR OFFICE FURNITURE DESIGN AND INST ALLA TION FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT'S RECORDS AND INVESTIGATIONS DIVISIONS
WHEREAS, the Police Department will be replacing the office furniture in the Records and
Investigations Divisions as part of the Police Department Remodel project, and
WHEREAS, funds to purchase the office furniture already exists in the Police Department
Remodel Capital Improvement project, and
WHEREAS, the City's has experience with One Work Place and the quality of the Stee1case
office furniture product, and
WHREREAS, One Work Place has submitted a bid for the furniture based on pricing that
follows the US. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, which includes the County of Santa
Clara and the County of Los Angeles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the City to enter into an agreement with One Work Place for the design and
installation of office furniture not to exceed $65,000 for the Police Records and Investigations
Divisions.
