RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 9666 AND
ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, A PUBLIC SIDEWALK EASEMENT
AND A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 121 -133 KENNEDY AVENUE
10520
WHEREAS, on January 4, 2005, the City Council of the City of Campbell adopted
Resolution No.1 0437 approving a Tentative Map for property located at 121 - 133 Kennedy
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, public right-of-way, a public sidewalk easement and the public service
easement are needed for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, public right-of-way, a public sidewalk easement and a public service
easement have been offered for dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the tentative map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Tract Map for Tract No. 9666 is hereby approved and public right-of-way, public
sidewalk easement and public service easement dedications as shown on the said map are
hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
