CC Resolution 10521 RESOLUTION NO. 10521 A RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY Of CAMPBELL ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT-Of-WAY OfFERED fOR DEDICATION ON A PARCEL MAP fOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 975 CROCKETT AVENUE WHEREAS, public right-of-way has been offered for dedication on a parcel map for property located at 975 Crockett Avenue; and WHEREAS, the public right-of-way is consistent with the public right-of-way along Crockett and needed for street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the public right-of-way as shown on the said map is hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which it is offered.
