BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXTEND AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY FOR
SENIOR NUTRITION SERVICES, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005-06
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for nutrition services for
Senior Citizens in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to share in the cost of operating the nutrition
program, less participant donations and transportation services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to extend
the existing agreement with Santa Clara County for Senior Nutrition Services, for
the Fiscal Year 2005/06.
