RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES TO CITY BUilDINGS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated sufficient funds in Fiscal Year
2005/2006 budget for the provision of custodial services to City Hall, the Service
Center, the Parking Garage and the Historical Museum buildings; and
WHEREAS, a Call for Bids has been issued, and bids have been
received; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid for the specified services was
received from Merchants Building Maintenance; and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are budgeted and are available in accounts
numbered 101.530.7432 and 101.528.7432 of the Fiscal Year 2005/2006
operating budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize an agreement with Merchants Building Maintenance for the provision of
custodial services to the referenced City buildings per the terms of the agreement
and specifications.
