RESOLUTION NO. 10529
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2004/05
OPERATING BUDGET AND TO THE 2005 - 2012 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an operating budget for the 2004/2005
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement Program
budget for fiscal years 2005 through 2012; and
WHEREAS, there is an unanticipated need for funds for CIP#98-08.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
approval of the attached budget adjustment transferring of $56,750 from various
operating budget accounts and $70,000 from the Capital Improvement Project
Reserve to CIP#98-08 - Police Department Remodel (435.9808.7883) to
provide additional funding necessary to complete the project.
