RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MA VOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH STORAGE
SOLUTIONS FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND INSTAL TION OF
LOCKERS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT REMODEL (CIP# 98-08).
WHEREAS, the Police Department Remodel project requires purchasing new
lockers, and
WHEREAS, funds to purchase the lockers are available in the Police
Department Remodel project (CIP# 98-08), and
WHEREAS, Storage Solutions and their products specifically meet the needs
for this project, and
WHEREAS, no other vendor was found to provide the same quality level of
product at the price, and
WHEREAS, Storage Solutions has submitted a bid for the lockers based on
the specifications of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Storage
Solutions for the sum of $80,944.94 to purchase and install police duty lockers for
the Police Department Remodel project CIP# 98-08.
