A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR
SUPPLEMENTAL LAND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain consulting services for the purpose
of reviewing parcel and tract maps and assigning the duties of the City Surveyor
for said maps; and
WHEREAS, additional, supplemental land development services may be
required on an as needed basis; and
WHEREAS, CSG Consultants has the expertise, means, and ability to
perform the services including the services as the City Surveyor assignment; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the existing agreement entered into on January
4, 2005 allow the agreement to be amended in writing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an
amendment to the agreement between the City of Campbell and CSG
Consultants, Inc., for an amended amount not to exceed $54,900.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
here authorizes the balance of a previous purchase order to Development
Solutions be reallocated toward the amended agreement with CSG Consultants,
Inc.
